A little bit about me...

Carlton is the Broker-In-Charge/Owner of Hilina’i Homes Inc. and has over thirty years of Residential Sales, fifteen years of Commercial Sales and Leasing and over twenty years of Property Management experience in Hawaii Real Estate. His extensive knowledge of the business blended with his warmth and caring personality put even the most apprehensive clients at ease. The unparalleled service that Carlton provides his clients has got them enlisting his services repeatedly. In fact, a good percentage of his clients are referrals from his previous clients.

To his peers, Carlton has built and kept an exceptional reputation and has also served as a mentor to several new agents to help them grow into successful, productive agents. His objective is simple. He wants to help people with their long term goals, whether personal or in real estate. Carlton was a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors Grievance Committee for 12 years, where he continually learned and applied his knowledge of ethical Real Estate practices.  He also was a Real Estate Instructor for almost ten years to over hundreds of students, many of which have become productive agents in the field.
