💼 Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day property operations
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with tenants and address concerns
- Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and inspections
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

- Previous property management or real estate experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and basic computer proficiency
